Salt therapy, also known as halotherapy, offers a variety of wellness benefits that can enhance your physical and mental health. By sitting in our salt room, you can breathe in microscopic salt particles, which are known to help clear your airways, alleviate allergy symptoms, and improve respiratory function. We’re excited to announce that Simply Positive’s lower level is on its way! The finishing touches are being added, and soon, you’ll be able to relax in this peaceful retreat designed to elevate your wellness journey.

But that’s not all! In addition to the calming benefits of halotherapy, we’ll also offer massage, reiki, ionic foot baths, and other alternative treatments, along with wellness education. We’re collaborating with local practitioners to bring you an enriched, holistic experience.
